- Reservations must be guaranteed with 50% advance payment via cash, credit card, UPI, or demand draft.
- For no-shows or cancellations of guaranteed reservations, the hotel reserves the right to levy retention charges.
- Alternative accommodation will be arranged in case of our inability to accommodate you.
- Food charges apply only when availed by the guest.
- Special requests are subject to availability upon arrival. Carry valid ID proof.
- Indian nationals must provide valid photo ID (except PAN card).
- Foreign nationals must carry a valid passport and visa. PIO/OCI holders must carry their respective documents.
